Title:: Exploring the Optimization Path for Environmental Judicial Cooperation in Shaanxi Province

摘要:: 环境司法协作作为服务区域协调发展战略的重要抓手，受到各行政机关和司法机关的高度重视。陕西省气候环境多变、地貌特征复杂，面对环境治理现状的复杂性和跨区域性，陕西省积极响应国家区域协调发展战略，探索环境司法协作。环境司法协作在一定程度上弥补了陕西省传统生态司法保护的不足，但仍然面临着环境司法协作立法支撑不足、未能突破传统司法协作理念的桎梏等，进一步完善陕西省内环境司法协作机制，需要厘清环境司法协作的理论依据，转变传统司法协作观念，建立环境司法专门化机制，从而形成具有陕西特色的环境司法协作模式。

Abstract:: Environmental judicial collaboration, as a key instrument for regional coordinated development strategies, receives significant attention from both administrative and judicial bodies. Shaanxi Province, with its diverse climate and complex geographical features, actively responds to the complexities and inter-regional aspects of environmental governance in line with the national strategy for coordinated regional development. This collaboration has, to some extent, addressed the shortcomings of traditional ecological judicial protection in Shaanxi Province. However, challenges such as insufficient legislative support for environmental judicial collaboration and the constraints of traditional judicial concepts still exist. To further improve the environmental judicial collaboration mechanism within Shaanxi Province, it is necessary to clarify the theoretical basis for such collaboration, transform traditional judicial concepts, and establish a specialized mechanism for environmental judicial matters. This would lead to the development of an environmental judicial collaboration model that is distinctively characteristic of Shaanxi.
