摘要:
当前我国普通高等工科院校研究生工程实践能力的缺乏已成为制约工程教育实践性发展的重要因素之一。从探讨研究生工程实践教学的必要性出发，提出普通高等工科院应以政策与制度为导向，树立工程教育理念，通过准确定位工学人才培养目标，构建科学工程实践教学体系，健全师资培养机制等多项举措提升工科院校研究生工程实践能力培养。
Abstract:
Nowadays, the graduates in engineering colleges lack engineering practice ability, which become one of the key factors that affect the practical development of engineering?education. Proceeding from the necessity of the engineering?, this paper is proposed here that?general engineering colleges should be guided by the policy and system, and establish the concept of engineering education. A number of measures will strengthen the engineering practice training of the graduates in engineering colleges, for example, orientating the current goals for engineering personnel training, establishing the scientific and practical course system, perfecting mechanisms of teachers training
