摘要:
党的十八大提出了全面建成小康社会的奋斗目标，并明确提出要办人民满意的教育。新的形势给我国教育事业的改革发展提出了新的、更高的要求。系统分析了教育在全面建成小康社会中所承担的历史使命；全面阐述了人民满意教育的内涵及主要内容，紧密结合高等学校实际，提出了认真贯彻十八大精神，努力办好人民满意高等教育的具体措施。
Abstract:

The 18th CPC national congress sets forth the goal of completing the building of a moderately

prosperous society in all respects and specifies the demand to run education to the satisfaction of the

people,which puts forward the new and higher requirement to develop Chinas educational cause under

the new situation.The paper analyzes systematically the historical mission that the education undertakes

when we are completing the building of a moderately prosperous society in all respects,elaborates

comprehensively the content and connotation of the education to the satisfaction of the people,

combines closely the theory with the reality of higher education,and comes up with the specific measures

to implement the 18th Congress Spirit and work hard to run the education to the satisfaction of

the people.
