摘要:
改革开放已历时三十多年,但是改革开放的设计能否使人民群众公平受益的问题仍然是一个备受干部群众关注的社会热点问题?从中国共产党建党90多年的历史及现实视角切入,集中回答了如何解决人民群众公平收益的问题,同时对公平收益的时代内涵以及共产党人的根本立场进行了深入阐释.
Abstract:
It is more than thirty years since the reform and openness,though it is still one of the social hot issues whether the design of reform and openness can ensure people’s fair benefit.From the perspective of the history and the reality of the founding of Chinese Communist Party over 90years, this paper discusses ways to guarantee people’s fair benefit and expounds the times connotation of fair benefit as well as the fundamental position of the Communist Party members.
