摘要:
大学生作为社会的特殊群体,其就业能力不仅影响着自身自我价值的实现,而且直接影响着社会的经济发展水平?通过分析当前大学生的就业能力现状,利用鱼刺图理论分析大学生就业的影响因素,从政府?社会?自身?学校和家庭等几个方面探讨并提出提升大学生就业能力的方法对策,提高高校学生对就业的认识,为完善高校就业指导工作提供借鉴?
Abstract:
The employability of college students,an elite social group,not only affects the realization of their self-value,but also straightly affects the economic development of the society.Based on the theory of fishbone diagram,the paper analyzes the current situation of college studentsemployability,and the factors influencing their employment,including the government,the society,the school,the family and themselves.The paper puts forward the methods to promote college studentsemployability and improve their understanding of the employment with the view to providing reference for the employment instruction of higher education.
