摘要:
作为中国共产党的第三代领导集体核心的江泽民,根据所处时代的国内外形势变化,与时俱进地继承和发展了邓小平的共同富裕思想?体现在:继承邓小平“发展才是硬道理”的思想,提出“发展是党执政兴国的第一要务”;在党的十三大提出“三步走”战略的基础上,提出实现共同富裕目标的新“三步走”战略;继续支持东部率先发展战略,适时提出上海浦东新区开发;面对共同富裕的现实挑战———收入差距问题,提出解决收入差距,防止两极分化的若干措施;按照邓小平先富带动和帮助后富的思想,提出西部大开发战略和东西对口扶贫协作计划?
Abstract:
Jiang Zemin,the core figure of the third generation collective leadership of the Communist Party of China,inherited and developed Deng Xiaoping’s thought of common prosperity to keep pace with the times according to the domestic and international changes.His contribution embodied the following five parts:1)Inheriting Deng Xiaoping’s thought that the development is overriding,a thought has been put forward,namely“the development is the prime task for the Communist Party of China to govern and rejuvenate the country”;2)Based on the strategy of“three steps”of the 13th National Congress of CPC,a new“three step”one is adopted to achieve the goal of common prosperity;3)While supporting the eastern development strategy,apolicy has been advocated timely to develop and open Pudong New District of Shanghai;4)To tackle the challenges of common prosperity—the growing income gap,measures have been taken to narrow the gap and prevent the polarization in income distribution;5)According to Deng Xiaoping’s thought that the earlier prosperous should help and drive the later prosperous,strategies have been put forward to develop the West of China by giving pairing assistance from the East collaboratively for the poverty alleviation.
