摘要:
改革开放后特别是进入21世纪以来，我们党更加重视推进城镇化发展问题，强调要走中国特色的城镇化道路，把推进城镇化作为全面建成小康社会的重大任务。近年来，福建城镇化水平随着经济发展不断提高，目前正处在推进新型城镇化建设的关键时期，推进新型城镇化建设是加快经济跨越发展的重要驱动力。新型城镇化背景下加快经济跨越发展是一项相当复杂的系统工程，福建各地亟需从经济发展实际出发，探索推进新型城镇化与加快经济跨越发展的对策。
Abstract:
Since the beginning of twenty-first Century after the reform and opening up, Communist Party of China pays more attention to the promotion of the development of cities and towns, emphasizes the urbanization road with Chinese characteristics, and takes the promotion of urbanization as one of the major tasks to complete a comprehensive well-off society. In the recent years, with the economic growth Fujian urbanization level has been improved. It is now a critical period of constructing new urbanization, which is expected to be an important drive to speed up the leaping economic development. Under the background of new urbanization the acceleration is a very complicated systems engineering. It is necessary for every walk of life in Fujian to consider the reality of economic development and find out measures to promote the new urbanization and speed up the economic development
