摘要:
“中国威胁论”之说，由来已久。第三波“中国威胁论”反映了西方对中国崛起的本能拒斥。它是从想象中建构出来的，不是事实。“威胁中国论”乃第三波“中国威胁论”之本真。面对不利的舆论情势，中国需要内外兼修。对内，坚定和平发展战略与坚持底线思维；对外，塑好中国形象与构建新型大国关系，积累和强化我们的声誉资本。
Abstract:
"China threat theory" is long standing, and the third wave of "China threat theory" reflects the instinct rejection to the rise of China by the west, though the idea is constructed out of the imagination instead of the fact with the view to intimating China. Facing adverse world opinion, China needs to undertake the self-promotion both internally and externally. It is crucial to domestically adhere to the strategy of peaceful development as the bottom-line of thinking, and internationally shape a better image of China and establish the new type relations between big powers so as to accumulate and strengthen China’s reputation in world
