摘要:
习近平对榜样教育作了系统而深刻的论述，形成了自己的榜样教育观。他指出，要大力弘扬和宣传先进典型，充分发挥其示范引导作用；要善于抓先进典型，抓先进典型更具意义的是要树立精神上的榜样；要善于学习先进典型，向先进典型学习最关键的是要学精神、学品质、学方法；党员和干部随时随地都要以身作则、率先垂范，切实为群众树立榜样。习近平的榜样教育观对新时期的思想理论教育具有重要指导意义。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping systematically and profoundly discussed the model education, formed own views of model education.He Pointed out, to vigorously carry forward and propagandize advanced models, adequately play theirs demonstration guide；to be good at grasping advanced models, more significant of grasping advanced models is to set up spiritual models；to be good at learning from advanced models, the key of learning from advanced models is to learn spirit、quality and method；Party members and Leaders must lead by example at all times and places, actually setting an example for the masses. Xi Jinping’s views of model education have important directive significance to the ideological and theoretical education of the new era.
