摘要：为解决当前我国存在的大学生就业难和社会组织人力资源不足问题，促进大学生进入社会组织就业。通过运用推拉理论分析影响大学生进入社会组织就业的推力和拉力因素，进而结合当前我国大学生进入社会组织就业不容乐观的现状，提出政府、社会组织和高校三方共同努力，让大学生进入社会组织就业成为可能。
Abstract:
Abstract: In order to solve problems of college students’ employment difficulty and insufficient talents resource in social organization in China, it is necessary for us to promote the employment of college students in social organizations. Analyzing the push and pull factors influencing college students’ employment in social organization with the push-pull theory, and the not so good situation of their employment, the paper thinks that college students’ employment in social organization is possible if the government, the social organization and the higher education make joint efforts.
