摘要:
习近平在中央财经委员会第十次会议上强调,共同富裕是社会主义的本质要求,是中国式现代化的重要特征。如何行之有效地实现共同富裕,是值得深思的理论探索问题,只有从理论层面梳理清楚共同富裕内涵的逻辑关系,才能更好地在实践层面推进。故而要想共同富裕之路走的畅通,行的稳健,则必须要坚持其内在逻辑的“五个统一”,即坚持政府统领和市场自主相统一; 坚持理论探寻和实践深化相统一; 坚持制度规范和道德引导相统一; 坚持重点示范和全面推广相统一; 坚持物质富裕和精神富有相统一。只要处理好共同富裕内在逻辑的这五对辩证关系,全党同向,全民同心,就一定能够实现与我国发展阶段生产力发展水平相适应的,人民拥有更多获得感、喜悦感、幸福感的共同富裕之梦。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping stressed at the 10th sessions of the Central Financial and Economic Commission that common prosperity is an essential requirement of socialism and an important feature of China's modernization. How to effectively achieve common prosperity is a theoretical probing question that deserves deep consideration. Only by sorting out the logical connotations of common prosperity from the theoretical level can we promote it better in practice. Therefore, if we want to go smoothly and steadily on the road of common prosperity, we should adhere to “five unities” of its internal logic, that is, the unity of government leadership and market autonomy, the unity of theoretical exploration and practice deepening, the unity of institutional norms and moral guidance, the unity of key demonstration and comprehensive promotion, the unity of material prosperity and spiritual wealth. As long as we properly handle the dialectical relation of five pairs, and the whole Party and the whole people are in the same mind, we will be able to realize the dream of common prosperity that goes in line with the development level of productivity forces in China's development stage and gives people a greater sense of gain, joy, and happiness.
