摘要:
高校教师党支部是教育、管理、监督和服务教师党员的基本单位,是把党的路线方针政策落实到高校基层的战斗堡垒,是党团结和联系广大教师的桥梁纽带。强化教师党支部组织力对于高校落实全面从严治党要求、立德树人根本任务,最终实现高质量发展具有重要意义。当前大多数高校教师党支部在组织力建设上存在许多共性问题,需从强化思想认识、夯实理论武装、严肃政治纪律、加强人才培养和紧抓制度落实五个方面入手加以解决,从而有效增强支部的政治力、引领力、组织力、创新力,推动高等教育事业焕发强大生机活力。
Abstract:
The Party branch of university teachers is the primary-level Party organization to educate, manage, supervise and serve teacher Party members, the basic battle bastion to implement Party's lines, principles and policies in colleges and universities, and the linking bridge for the Party to unite and contact most teachers. Strengthening the organizational capacity of Party branches of teachers is of great significance for colleges and universities to fulfill the fundamental tasks to extend the Party strict self-governance in every respect and foster virtue through education, so as to eventually achieve high-quality development. At present, there are many common problems in the construction of the organizational capacity of most college Party branches, which need to be addressed in five ways: strengthening ideological understanding, consolidating theoretical armaments, enforcing political discipline strictly, and promoting personnel training and grasping system implementation. Accordingly, it is necessary to enhance effectively the Party branch's power of politics, leadership, organization and innovation, and invigorate greatly the vitality of college education.
