摘要:
完善党的自我革命制度规范体系是党中央的重要理论创新，其生成逻辑是通过自我革命制度建设，锻造长期执政的马克思主义先进政党，以自我革命推进伟大社会革命，助力实现社会主义现代化强国目标。而党的自我革命与制度治党之间辩证关系为搭建完善党的自我革命制度规范体系提供了现实可能性。面向未来，完善党的自我革命制度规范体系要坚持:在培育制度意识、强化制度权威中树立制度信仰; 在整合制度体系、增强制度协调性中建构中国特色社会主义制度体系; 在加强制度转化、发挥制度效能中将新时代党的建设推向深入。
Abstract:
Improving systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform is an important theoretical innovation of the CPC Central Committee. Its generative logic is to forge an advanced Marxist political party that would be in power for a long time through the construction of self-reform system, to promote great social changes through self-reform and to help realize the goal of building China into a great socialist modernized state. The dialectical relationship between upholding the Party's self-reform and governing the Party with systems and regulations provides a realistic possibility to establish and improve systems and regulations for the Party's self-reform. Facing the future, it is critical for us to improve the Party's institutional norms for self-reform. We should insist on strengthening the confidence in system by cultivating institutional awareness and enhancing institutional authority, building a socialist system with Chinese characteristics through integrating the institutional systems and ensuring greater institutional coordination, deepening the Party building in the new era in the course of promoting institutional transformation and giving full play to institutional effectiveness.
