摘要:
近代以来,“人民”成了一个重要的政治话语表达。尤其是今天,“人民”更是世界大党中领导世界人口最多、国家最大的执政党——中国共产党的核心理念。而这一核心理念正是中国共产党在一百多年的伟大奋斗历程中,经过实践的不断淬炼而发展成熟的。具体而言,其中包含了人民是历史主体的学理、民心是最大政治的法理、人的自由全面发展是最根本正义的义理及“胸怀天下”人类情怀的情理等四重维度的理论内涵。这是全面、准确、深刻地认识和把握中国共产党的百年奋斗历程以及准确读识中国共产党心中“人民”分量的必然路径。
Abstract:
“The people” has become an influential political expression in modern times. Especially today, “the people” is the core ideology of the Communist Party of China, a ruling party among the world's major parties that leads the world's most population and the largest country. This thought has been forged and matured through constant practice over the past 100 years of the CPC's great struggle, and contains specifically the theoretical connotation in four dimensions:the theory that the people are the subject of history, the jurisprudence that the popular support is the greatest politics, the principle that the free development of all the people is the most fundamental justice, and the reason of human feelings of “minding the world”. This is the inevitable path to fully, accurately and profoundly understand the century-long struggle of the Communist Party of China and the weight of “the people” in the mind of the Communist Party of China.
