大数据资源作为社会生产的新要素,深刻影响着科技、经济等领域的变革,但产业界利用大数据资源开展创新的动力不足。对此,先从大数据演进和大数据价值两个维度,对大数据资源进行解析,接着构建大数据与创新模型,对生产利润进行分析。结果 表明:大数据资源与创新投资之间存在正向关系,其投入产出符合规模报酬递减。在此基础上,对大数据平台与创新中心的关系进行梳理,以及多元化创新和传统产业跨界创新的策略予以探讨。指出融合大数据资源的创新模式,将有助于产业经济的发展。
The big data resources, one of the new elements of social production, affect profoundly the changes in the fields of science and technology, economy and so on, but industrial circles are less motivated to use them in the innovation. Having analyzed the big data resources from two dimensions of big data evolution and big data value, the paper establishes the big data and innovation model, and then studies the production profit. It turns out that there is a positive co-relation between the big data resources and the innovative investment, and that the input-output ratio is in line with decreasing returns to scale. Accordingly, the paper discusses the relationship between the big data platform and the Innovation Center, and also the strategies for the diversified innovation and the traditional industry cross-border innovation. Finally, the paper puts forward the innovative model integrating the big data resources to improve the development of the industrial economy.
