Dialogue teaching in the ideological and political theory course is a teaching mode to promote the ideological integration and the spirit sharing between teachers and students, in which teachers advocate the value exchange, the open thinking, and the significance of students' subject participation and the meaning generating. According to the basic theory of dialogue teaching and the teaching requirements of college ideological and political theory course, a theoretical model can be systematically constructed from five dimensions. It is specified as follows: upgrading the concept of teaching purpose from the emphasis of knowledge-construction based talent training to the adult requirements of value acquisition to promote the all-round development of students, associating the text of systematic textbooks of teaching curriculum with living reality to activate the teaching content, constructing in teaching process the alternation of both the teaching delivery and the teacher-student sharing to strengthen the positive coupling between teaching and learning, changing the view of teacher-student relationship from one-way object to bidirectional intersubjectivity to ensure their equal identity, and assessing the dual efficacy of knowledge development and meaning generation in teaching evaluation to promotes the generation of teaching meaning.
