高校辅导员作为大学生思想政治教育的骨干力量,长期以来,存在着对理论和实践两种发展方向进行取舍与割裂的异化现象。对该问题的合理解决,首先需要探讨高校辅导员工作的理论旨趣与实践旨趣之调和前提,并对二者各自的作用进行考察,继而从范式、场域、中介、语言等方面对双重旨趣进行价值论意义上的调和,最终使双重旨趣回归到同一身份上来,使高校辅导员成为真正意义上的“解释世界”并“改变世界”的思想政治教育专家。

It is an alienating phenomenon that, college counselors, the backbone of ideological and political education for college students, are confronted with a long-time dilemma to choose the development directions separate in theory or practice. To solve the problem reasonably, the paper discusses the precondition to reconcile the theoretical and practical purports of college counselors' work and then studies respectively the function of both. In the sense of axiology, the double-purports ought to be integrated from the perspective of paradigm, field, mediation, language, etc. to return to the same identity finally. It is aimed to render the college counselors specialized experts in ideological and political education to “interpret the world” and “change the world”.
