全球文明倡议的国际法意涵及实践路径-西安建筑科技大学学报（社会科学版）

摘要:: 作为构建人类命运共同体的应有之义，全球文明倡议是日益走近世界舞台中央的新时代中国为国际社会提供的重要国际公共产品。从国际法的角度看，全球文明倡议是一个体系完整的国际法理论创新，既为世界各国自主探索现代化道路明确了文明内涵，也为不同文明包容互鉴提供了法律遵循，还为国际社会共建法律共同体提出了基本准则。全球文明倡议的实施，要以共建人类文明共同体为宗旨和目标，遵守《联合国宪章》宗旨和原则，坚持平等、互鉴、对话、包容的文明观，弘扬全人类共同价值，创设全球性的国际文明对话合作机制。

Abstract:: As a necessary part of construacting a community with a shared future for mankind, the Global Civilization Initiative is an important international public goods provided by China to the international community in the new era, which is increasingly approaching the center of the world stage. From the perspective of international law, the Global Civilization Initiative is a systematic and comprehensive theoretical innovation in international law. It not only clarifies the connotation of civilization for countries around the world to independently explore the path of modernization, but also provides legal guidance for inclusiveness and mutual learning among different civilizations and proposes basic guidelines for the international community to jointly build a legal community. The implementation of the Global Civilization Initiative should aim to jointly build a community of human civilization, adhere to the purposes and principles of the United Nations Charter, adhere to the concept of equality, mutual learning, dialogue, and inclusiveness, promote the common values of all humanity, and create a global mechanism for international civilization dialogue and cooperation
