Title:: The function mechanism and practice path of new quality productive forces enabling rural revitalization

摘要:: 新质生产力是以科技创新为核心的先进生产力，代表生产力演化中的一种能级跃升，释放出驱动乡村全面振兴的强大动能。新质生产力以科技创新为引领，解锁乡村振兴“新”力量，推动乡村产业振兴、生态振兴、治理振兴和文化振兴。目前，乡村振兴面临着基础设施匮乏、人才资源不足、农业科技力量薄弱和政策、体制不完善的现实困境，以新质生产力赋能乡村全面振兴，需要着力统筹基础设施建设，打造乡村振兴的内在支撑；加快培养科技人才，构筑乡村振兴的主体基石；促进农业科技创新发展，塑造乡村振兴的全新动能；推进政策协同与制度创新，提供乡村振兴的体制保障。

Abstract:: New quality productive forces are advanced productive forces with scientific and technological innovation as the core, representing a kind of energy level jump in the evolution of productive forces, and releasing a strong driving force for the all-round revitalization of rural areas. At present, rural revitalization is faced with the reality of lack of infrastructure, insufficient human resources, weak agricultural science and technology strength, and imperfect policies and systems. Guided by scientific and technological innovation, new quality productive forces will unlock "new" forces for rural revitalization, and promote the revitalization of rural industries, ecology, organizations and culture. To empower rural revitalization with new quality productive forces, it is necessary to focus on the infrastructure construction, create the internal support of rural revitalization; accelerate the training of scientific and technological talents, build the main cornerstone of rural revitalization; promote the innovation and development of agricultural science and technology, shape the new momentum of rural revitalization; promote policy coordination and institutional innovation, and provide the institutional guarantee of rural revitalization
