摘要:
辅导员工作是高职院校人才培养过程中不可或缺的一环,是学生培养的教导着、引路者、指导者和管理者。而新进辅导员由于定位不清、角色转换困难和实践错位等因素造成新进辅导员工作效率较低。这其中既有新进辅导员自身经历欠缺的原因,也有其认知能力不足和社会偏见等因素。应该针对辅导员角色适应的困境,从辅导员自身做起,加强自身建设;要从外部机制做起,为新进辅导员开展培训和心理辅导,促进高职新进辅导员的快速成长;要从制度层面细化专业职能,完善辅导员的发展机制,帮助其胜任辅导员角色。高职院校辅导员工作是人才培养工作的重要支撑,帮助高职院校新进辅导员提高工作效率,成为学生学习专业知识和专业技能的保障,提高高职院校的人才培养质量和人才培养效率。
Abstract:
The counselor, as a teacher, a guide, a mentor and a manager, plays an integral part in the process of personnel training in higher vocational college. However, owing to the social prejudice and the inadequate cognition of new counselors themselves, the factors, such as unclear role setting, difficult role transformation and misplacing practice, have caused their lower work efficiency. To promote the rapid growth of new counselors, notice should be taken to the dilemma where the new counselors take the new role. We need to strengthen their self-construction and carry out the training and psychological counseling with the sound external mechanism. Moreover, we should detail the professional functions on the system level and perfect the development mechanism to help them to be qualified. Given that the work of counselors in higher vocational colleges supports the training of talents, the improvement of their work efficiency help students to obtain professional knowledge and professional skills, and improve the quality and the efficiency of personnel training in higher vocational colleges.
