摘要:
 以一座西北边陲身处新疆南疆浩瀚戈壁中的柯坪镇为例,根据该城镇的客观功能需求和现有城镇脉络,基于绿色细胞单元、绿色廊道和绿色网络的相关理论基础上,以几种绿色细胞形式进行多种组合,达到对城镇绿化进行分片分区式灌溉、管理和统计,提出一种新的"绿洲空间"的设计方法和策略,经过近两年的实践已成为该城镇行之有效的规划手段,此探索也可为同类自然环境条件下的其他城镇规划设计提供参考。

Abstract:
 In this paper, Keping town which in the northwest border of the vast Gobi Desert was formed by a varieties of green cell combinations according to the needs of urban and existing context. Based on the theory of green cells, green corridors and green networks ,we propose a new "oasis room" design methods and strategies which can irrigation ,management and statistics by the way of district. After nearly two years of practice,it has become an effective method for urban planning. This can also provide a reference for the other urban planning in the same condition to Keping.
