摘要:
新质生产力是以科技创新为主导、以推动高质量发展为目标的生产力。习近平总书记关于新质生产力重要论述源于对马克思主义生产力理论的继承与发展，源于对历代党中央领导集体生产力理论的传承与创新，源于对西方生产力理论的借鉴与超越。培育和发展新质生产力，必须坚持党对经济工作的全面领导，坚持因地制宜、分类施策的原则，不断强化创新人才培养力度，激活科技创新的巨大动能。习近平总书记关于新质生产力重要论述是站在新的历史起点上对“如何解放和发展社会生产力”这一重大问题的根本性阐释，为推进我国深入实施创新驱动发展战略、建设科技强国提供了强大的战略性引领，也为推进世界经济高质量发展贡献出了中国智慧和中国方案。
Abstract:
New quality productive forces, are those led by scientific and technological innovation and aimed to promote highquality development. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on new quality productive forces stems from the inheritance and development of the Marxist theory of productivity, the continuation and innovation of the productivity theory by successive leadership collectives of the Communist Party Central Committee, and the reference and surpass of the western productivity theory. To foster and develop new quality productive forces, it is necessary to uphold the Party’s overall leadership of economic work, adhere to the principle of taking measures according to local conditions and classified policies, constantly strengthen the efforts of innovative talent training, and activate the great dynamic force of scientific and technological innovation. General Secretary Xi Jinping’s important exposition on the new quality productive forces is a fundamental interpretation of the major issue of “how to liberate and develop social productivity” from a new historical starting point, which provides a powerful strategic guidance for accelerating China’s indepth implementation of innovationdriven development strategy and building China’s strength in science and technology. It also contributes Chinese insight and Chinese input to promote the highquality development of the world economy.
