摘要:
随着科技的进步,互联网已然成为人类生活的一部分,公民的政治生活也随之进入数字化时代?数字民主,其具有公开?高效?直接?互动?廉价的特点?信息技术在政治领域的运用是一把双刃剑?一方面,其鲜明的特性正深刻地影响着当代政治民主的发展,推动着民主社会的前进?另一方面,数字民主的一些特点也潜伏着许多危险因素,给社会带来负面影响?
Abstract:
With the technology development,the internet has already become a significant part of human life,and thus the citizens political life has entered the digital age.The digital democracy is public,efficient,immediate,interactive and low-priced.Applied as a‘double-edged swordin political sphere,the information technology with distinctive features,on one hand,impacts the development of modern political democracy anddrives the advance of democratic society;on the other hand the characteristics of digital democracy conceals a number of dangerous factors which will lead to negative effect on society.
