摘要:
 随着我国全面深化改革,不断扩大对外开放,培养一支高素质国际化人才队伍,成为我国经济建设和国家发展的迫切需要。结合对我国国际化人才的现状和应具备的能力素质进行了分析,并通过对宏观和微观层面的思考,提出高校促进国际化人才培养的思路战略和可行性措施。

Abstract:
 With the development of our country’s Comprehensively deepening reforms and opening-up, it is of great necessity to training a high quality internationalized personnel team for the economic construction and national development . By means of the macro and micro level of thinking and the analysis of current situation of international personnel and their essential qualities, the paper suggests the strategic and feasible countermeasures to promote the training the internationalized personnel.
