摘要:
“人民性”关系影视作品的社会价值及其实现，其内在依据是文化来自人民、依靠人民和成果与民共享的发展规律。当前，弱化影视作品“人民性”的因素既包括旧文化传统的侵蚀，也包括经济体制不成熟、法制不健全以及网络信息领域的无序化等。因此，强化影视作品“人民性”的举措必须包含道德性因素、法制性因素和科学性因素，其对于提升影视作品的社会价值以及丰富国人的文化生活具有重要意义。
Abstract:
"The affinity to the people" in film and TV works determines the realization of their social values, because of the law of cultural development from people, by the people and with the people. At present, the factors to weaken “the affinity to the people” in film and TV works include the erosion of old cultural traditions, the immaturity of economic system, the imperfection of legal system and the disordering of network information. Therefore, measures to strengthen “the affinity to the people” in film and TV works should be taken in the aspects of morality, legality and scientificity, which is of significance to promote social values of film and television works and enrich people’s cultural life
