摘要:
随着中国特色社会主义进入新发展阶段，促进全体人民实现共同富裕被提高到了更为重要的位置。所谓共同富裕，是全体人民的富裕、是物质富裕和精神富裕的统一，是满足人民较高生活水平的追求，是社会主义的本质要求和中国特色社会主义的重要特征，实现共同富裕必须分阶段推进。党的集中统一领导、以人民为中心的发展思想、中国特色社会主义基本经济制度以及改革开放以来的物质财富的快速增加为新阶段推进共同富裕提供了坚实的制度保证和物质基础。新阶段推进共同富裕还面临着相对贫困、收入差距较大、精神文明建设落后以及社会保障体系不健全等问题。新阶段推进共同富裕，必须将解决相对贫困、逐步缩小收入差距、加强精神文明建设以及建立健全社会保障体系有机统一起来。
Abstract:
With the coming of a new developmental stage of socialism with Chinese characteristics, promoting the common prosperity for all the people has been raised up to a more important position. The common prosperity that ought to be achieved in stages is the prosperity of all the people, the prosperous unity of material and spirit, and the pursuit to meet people's higher living standards, hence the essential requirement and important feature of socialism with Chinese characteristics. The Party's centralized and unified leadership, the people-centered development thinking, the basic economic system of socialism with Chinese characteristics, and the rapid increase of material wealth since reform and opening up have provided a solid institutional guarantee and material foundation for the common prosperity promotion in the new stage, thought it is faced with problems such as relative poverty, larger income gap, backward spiritual civilization construction, imperfect social security system and so on. To promote the common prosperity in the new stage, it is critical to integrate the measures of addressing relative poverty, narrowing the income gap gradually, strengthening the construction of spiritual civilization, and establishing and improving the social security system.
