摘要:
党的十九届五中全会提出要“准确把握新发展阶段、深入贯彻新发展理念、加快构建新发展格局”，这成为推动“十四五”时期高质量发展，确保全面建设社会主义现代化国家的新时期指针。从这些重要概念的提出和论述出发，拟从实践前提、行动理念、行动部署三个维度探析三者之间的内在逻辑关系，领悟和理解三个“新”成为当代马克思主义的最新阐释。
Abstract:
The Fifth Plenary Session of the 19th CPC Central Committee calls for “accurately grasping the new development stage, thoroughly implementing the new development concept, and accelerating the construction of a new development pattern, which becomes a guideline to promote high-quality development during the 14th Five-Year Plan period and ensure the building of a all-round socialist country in the new period. Based on the presentation and exposition of these important ideas, this paper discusses the intrinsic logic of this exposition from three dimensions: practical premise, action concept and action deployment, and holds that the “three new” exposition is the latest interpretation of contemporary Marxism.
