摘要:
习近平关于乡村振兴的重要论述内涵深刻且内容丰富，是党中央为中国乡村在新时代的发展作出的科学指导和精心安排，具有深刻的生成逻辑、丰富的内涵要义和巨大的时代价值。习近平关于乡村振兴的重要论述扎根其对我国农业大而不强的基本国情的精准把握和我国乡村发展突出问题的敏锐洞察，源自其丰富的“三农”工作经验和深厚的“三农”情怀，基于其对以往兴农强农思想资源的继承和创新。习近平在乡村振兴的战略定位、目标实现、任务布局等方面作出了突出的原创性的理论贡献，其时代价值表现为马克思主义城乡融合发展理论中国化、时代化的最新成果、开辟中国共产党人兴农强国新境界、为全球乡村发展贡献中国智慧和中国方案。
Abstract:
Xi Jinping’s important exposition is full of profound meaning and rich content on rural revitalization. It is the scientific guidance and careful deployment of the CPC Central Committee for China’s rural development in the new era with a strict generative logic, wider connotations and great epochal value. Stemming from his rich experience and deep affection for “agriculture, rural areas and farmers” and based on the inheritance and innovation of the previous thinking resources for promoting and strengthening agriculture, his critical discussions on rural revitalization are rooted in not only his accurate grasp of the concrete realities that China’s agriculture is large but not strong, but also his keen insight into the outstanding problems of rural development in China. Xi Jinping has made outstanding and original theoretical contributions to the strategic positioning, goal realization, and task layout of rural revitalization, and the era value is embodied in such latest achievements as adapting Marxist theory of integrated urbanrural development to the Chinese context and the needs of the times, breaking a new frontier for the Communist Party of China to make China strong with agriculture promotion and offering more Chinese insight and better Chinese input for the global rural development.
