风险总是与建筑创新活动相伴而生。通过对建筑设计创新的归纳分析,可以分析建筑设计创新的风险构成、风险偏好结构如何影响建筑设计创新的产生,以及建筑设计创新者克服风险实现创新的动力来源,并指出在一定区域内有利于建筑设计创新的社会经济环境条件。

The innovation of architectural design is always accompanied with some risks. Based on the inductive analysis of the innovations in architectural design, the paper studies the way that the risk composition and the risk preference structure affect the architectural design innovation, and the motivation on which the designers rely to overcome the risk to realize the innovation. Also it points out the social and economic environment that favors the architectural design innovation in some areas.
