构建分层分级大学生课外思想政治教育活动，是实现大学生共性和个性全面发展的必然趋势。不仅能体现以人为本、科学发展的理念，是培养创新型人才的的重要载体，更是构建社会主义和谐社会的必然要求。构建这样的体系，必须深化大学校园文化建设，丰富大学生社会实践活动形式，加强党团组织建设，建设校园新媒体互动平台，健全心理健康教育和职业生涯规划教育，打造分层分级大学生课外思想政治教育工作合力。

Constructing college students’ ideological and political education extracurricular activities in different levels is a trend to promote college students’ overall development both in commonness and individuality. It is not only an important carrier to foster innovative talents and reflect the concept of people-oriented and scientific development, but also an inevitable requirement for building a harmonious society. Building such a system, we must deepen the construction of campus culture, enrich the forms of students’ social practice, strengthen the construction of the Party, construct an interactive platform for new campus media, improve the education of mental health and career planning, and make efforts on the construction of college students’ ideological and political education extracurricular activities in different levels.
