?2008年至今中国移动通信市场呈现三寡头垄断局面。本文分析了第三次重组后,中国移动、中国电信、中国联通三大运营商各自的竞争优势,并构建成本函数,建立Bertrand模型,研究完全信息静态条件下的三方定价问题。均衡分析表明,当市场处于博弈均衡状态时,价格较低的厂商将获取较高的收益;厂商可以通过扩大市场份额、降低产品成本等手段降低产品的均衡价格;同时,由于均衡价格的差异与市场份额的差异成比例,厂商在实施降价战略时,应重点关注与竞争厂商间产品价格差异的变化。

?Since 2008, the mobile communications market in China has three oligarchs. This paper analyzes the competitive advantage of China Mobile, China Telecom and China Unicom, after the third time in China’s telecom industry restructuring, build a cost functionestablish Bertrand model to study the static conditions of complete information tripartite pricing. Equilibrium analysis shows that when the market is in equilibrium , lower-priced carriers to obtain a higher income; carriers can take advantage of expanding market share, reduce product cost and other means to reduce the product’s equilibrium price; the same time, due to differences with the market equilibrium price proportional share of differences, carriers in the implementation of price reduction strategies should focus on carriers with competitive price difference between the changes.
