摘要:: 理性是人类精神生活的一种形式,它不仅包括在一定规则下应用概念进行判断、推理等思维能力或认识能力,而且包括对行为和目的的选择、质疑、反驳和辩护的能力。理性意识、理性能力、理性精神和理性观共同构成了人的理性人格,培育者应该以培育青年对象理性人格作为基本目的。在探究了理性人格培育的重要性和实际缺陷的基础上,形成了"三个统一"的最佳培育对策,即理论培育与实际统一;理性因素与非理性因素统一;理性培育与德育、美育统一。

Abstract:: Rationality is a form of human spiritual life .It not only includes some thinking or cognitive abilities of using the concept to judge and reason under the certain rules. but also includes the ability to selecting, questioning, refuting and defending on behavior and selection. Rational consciousness, rational ability, rational spirit and rational view constitute the rational personality of human. Breeders should take rational character of young as the basic objective. After exploring the importance of rational personality cultivation and the actual absence , forming the best cultivation measures of three unifications. That is the unity of teoretical cultivation and reality; The unity of rational factors and irrational factors ; The unity of rational cultivation, moral education and aesthetic education.
