摘要:
随着高等教育事业的快速发展,青年教师逐渐成为高校教师队伍的主力军,但其一直被视为高校发展的独特资源而加以开发,工具性特征明显,对其关注不够,生存状况不容乐观。如何促进青年教师健康成长已经成为迫切需要解决的问题。本文在分析高校青年教师生存现状的基础上,提出帮扶青年教师成长的关怀策略。

Abstract:
 With the rapid development of higher education, young teachers has gradually become the main force of faculty.It has been developing instrumentally as the unique resource to promote colleges’development all the time, however, pay little attention to them, their existence actuality is not optimistic. How to promote the healthy development of them is becoming urgently. The author discusses the reasons and methods to solve these problems in this essay.
