摘要:
 采用文献资料法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,对陕西省普通高校教师参与休闲体育的现状进行研究。结果发现:高校教师的余暇时间用于上网、看电视和读书看报者较多;参加休闲体育活动的教师占64.4%,男教师数量高于女教师,二者有显著性差异;男女教师在健身频率和健身强度上有显著性差异,持续时间基本相同;休闲体育伙伴的选取上以同事、朋友为主,女教师更为关注家庭成员的集体效应;羽毛球、乒乓球、慢跑、健身走、户外运动成为较受欢迎的休闲体育项目;单位和住宅小区是教师参与休闲体育的主要场所;体育消费结构以运动服、健身器械等实物为主。

Abstract:
 This article uses the literature material law, questionnaire investigation and mathematical statistics, to make a research of the Shan Xi Province ordinary university teachers participating in leisure sports’ current situation. The results showed that: During their free time, they spend more time on the Internet, watching TV and reading than on physical sports .Participating in leisure sports activities teachers accounted for 64.4%, the amount of male teachers is higher than that of female teachers, there are significant differences between male and female teachers; the frequency and intensity of exercise fitness is very different, but the duration is basically the same. The sports partners are largely their colleagues, friends. Female teachers pay more attention to the family members’ collective effect ; badminton, table tennis, jogging, walking, fitness, outdoor sports is more popular among them; units and residential area is the main place for teachers’ participation in leisure sports; sports consumption mainly spends on sportswear, and other fitness equipment .
