摘要:
 随着大学生就业问题成为社会共同关注的热点问题,各高校及教育部门对大学生职业生涯规划及其指导越来越重视,但仍存在较多的不足。通过采取无记名随机问卷调查、个别访谈等形式对当前大学生职业生涯规划及其指导现状开展调查,并对其成因和改革途径进行研究,以期对当前大学生职业生涯规划及其指导有所帮助。

Abstract:
 Along with the employment problem of college students become social hot issues of mutual concern, all colleges and departments of education on College Students’ occupation career planning and guidance of growing attention, but there are still many insufficiencies.To adopt bearer questionnaire survey, individual interview and other forms of the current college student occupation career planning and guiding status investigation,And its cause of formation and reform research approach, with a view of the current college student occupation career planning and guidance to help.
