摘要:
在以往双边主义为主要行为方式的国际舞台,多边主义渐渐展露头角,并在地区和全球事务中发挥日益重要的作用?东南亚多边主义有其独有的特色,如制度化程度低;强调协商一致和不干涉原则;多边合作重经济轻政治;注重区域性和开放性的双重结合等特点?思考东南亚多边主义的特点对促进多边主义在东南亚的发展具有重要意义?
Abstract:
Multilateralism,which is making a figure in the international arena where the bilateralism used to be the dominant behavior pattern,plays a more and more important role in the regional and global affairs.The multilateralism in Southeast Asia has its own characteristics,such as the lower degree institutionalization,the assertion of the principle of consensus and non-intervention,the multilateral cooperation to pay more attention on economy rather than politics,the attention to the dual combination of locality and open-up and so on.The thinking of the characteristics of the multilateralism in Southeast Asia is very important to promote its development in this area.
