国外废旧汽车环境押金制度的实践及对我国的启示()

Title:: The Practice of the Environmental Deposit System of Scrap Automobile abroad and Its Enlightenment to China

摘要:: 随着迅速发展的汽车工业,废旧汽车污染问题越来越严重,除了造成严重环境污染外,还对资源造成了极大的浪费?废旧汽车中含有大量可再利用的金属和部件,具有较高的资源可再利用价值?因此,对废旧汽车进行再利用?再循环的管理模式可以有效的解决废旧汽车所造成的环境问题,而由于环境押金制度是对废旧汽车再利用与再循环的有效实现,所以废旧汽车环境押金制度在很多国家得到了应用与发展?以挪威?瑞典和希腊为例详细分析了国外废旧汽车环境押金制度的实践,并从中得到了对我国的启示?

Abstract:: With the rapid development of the automobile industry,the scrap automobile pollution is becoming more and more serious.Apart from the environment pollution,it causes great waste of resources.In fact,containing plenty of recyclable metals and parts,the scrap automobile is evaluated highly as reusable resources.Therefore,the management to recycle the scrap automobile can effectively solve the environment problem caused by the scrap automobile.As an effective implementation of the scrap automobile recycling,the scrap automobile environment deposit system has been applied and developed in many countries.This paper introduces and analyzes the practice of the environmental deposit system of scrap automobile in Norway,Sweden and Greece to find the enlightenment to China.
