近年来,高等继续教育发展迅速,高校通过建立校外教学站点扩大成人高等教育发展规模,为中国的教育事业发展做出了重要贡献。随着陕西省高等教育校外教学站点数量不断增加,校外教学站点教学环节组织管理成为日益关注的热点之一。然而,校外教学站点的教学环节仍有不完善之处,通过分析陕西校外教学站点教学环节现状以及存在的问题,提出加强校外教学站点教学环节组织管理的对策,以期提高成人高等教育的教学质量。

In recent years, adult higher education has developed rapidly and made important contributions for the development of education in China. Currently, in order to continue to expand the scale of adult higher education, the colleges established correspondence station. With the increase of the correspondence station in Shaanxi province, teaching organizational management of Correspondence Station has become the hot spot. However, there are still some problems about off-campus teaching correspondence stations. By analyzing the current situation and existing problem of teaching organization and management, the paper puts forward some countermeasures to improve the adult higher education teaching quality.
