摘要:
 《焦氏易林》的文学价值，自唐朝始至明清时期即一直为学界所重视。现当代《焦氏易林》研究则呈现出百花齐放的特点，除文学研究外，有易学名家尚秉和领军所进行的易学研究。学界还对《焦氏易林》的思想价值、文献价值进行了深入挖掘。而对《焦氏易林》的注译工作也纷纷展开。《焦氏易林》研究已取得一定成绩，但某些领域依然还有研究的必要，如《焦氏易林》大量援引先秦典籍，考察其与先秦典籍之关系，有助于发掘其重要的文献价值，体认其性质在流传过程中的变迁。
Abstract:
 The Literary value of JiaoShiYiLin has been researched from Tang dynasty to Ming and Qing dynasty.Now the research of JiaoShiYiLin likes the flowers schools of thought contend.In addition to literature study ,there are Yi-ology study by Shang Bing-he. The scholastic circles have researched the thought value and literature value of JiaoShiYiLin.At the same time，some people have noted the JiaoShiYiLin.The studies of JiaoShiYiLin have scored some achievements，but there are some works to do，such as investigating the relation of JiaoShiYiLin and the pre Qin classics can help us to cognize the important literature value of JiaoShiYiLin，to cognize the qualitative change of JiaoShiYiLin in its spread.
