摘要:
 硕士研究生生师比是提高高校硕士生教育水平的重要条件,高的生师比正在影响或必将影响高校所培养的硕士研究生的质量。文章通过横向的国际比较以及对国内研究生教育现状的分析,综合考查影响生师比的几个决定因素,分析得出如何确定合理的生师比,以提高研究生教育的质量。

Abstract:
 The master’s student/teacher ratio is vital to improve the level of master education in colleges and universities, high student/teacher ratio is affecting, or will impact the quality of the master graduate student of colleges.In this paper, through the international comparison of horizontal and analyzed the current situation of domestic graduate student education, synthetically examined several determinants affect student/teacher ratio, analyzed how to determine reasonable student/teacher ratio in order to improve the quality of graduate education.
