摘要:
研究生公共英语质量保障体系是适应形势发展需要、确保教学质量稳步提高的重要措施。建立研究生公共英语教学质量保障体系应遵循坚持动态课程观的基本原则,克服以往研究生英语教学保障体系中的问题，采用先进的教育教学理念指导英语教学，建立起高效的教学质量管理、监督、保障、评价和外部反馈体系为一体的研究生公共英语质量保障体系
Abstract:
The English teaching quality assurance system of Non- English Major graduate is needed to ensure the teaching quality’s constant enhancement. To establish a sound English teaching quality assurance system of Non- English Major graduate, universities should follow a dynamic principle and overcome the problems of past attempts and adopt advanced English teaching theory, which will combine systems of management, monitoring, guarantee, assessment and feed-back systems into a well- organized one.
