摘要:
人的全面发展是教育的终极目标，理工科院校建设教育学学科是迈向综合性大学的重要途径，也是繁荣高校学术生态和提高办学效能的共同诉求。从理工科院校教育学学科建设的背景出发，探讨在理工科院校发展教育学学科的困境，如基础教育资源投入不足，师资力量薄弱等；并针对产生的问题探索解决的策略。
Abstract:
Man’s all-round development is the ultimate goal of education. As for science and engineering colleges, to develop education discipline is an important way towards a comprehensive university , and is also an appeal to flourish college academic ecology and improve operation efficiency .This paper starts from the background of education discipline construction in science and engineering college, then probes into the dilemma of education discipline in the development of science and engineering college, such as basic education resources shortage, weakness of teaching staff, etc.; Finally, some useful suggestions are given according to these problems
