摘要:
计成的《园冶》是我国历史上唯一的造园学专著,也是文学成就很高的论说散文,具有鲜明的文学特征和浓厚的文化意蕴。《园冶》综合运用对偶、排比、用典等多种修辞手法,句式整齐,韵律和谐,辞藻华丽,意象丰富,意境优美,含蓄蕴藉,耐人寻味,形成了与古典园林美和谐统一的文风,其中既体现了道法自然的道家哲学,彰显寻幽之趣,又兼具经世致用的儒家思想,追求雅致之美。这些都是古代造园家留下的宝贵经验,对后世造园著作影响深远,至今仍具有重要的借鉴价值。
Abstract:
Ji Cheng’s Yuanye or Art of Garden-Building is the only monograph on gardening in Chinese history and also an essay of high literary achievement with distinct literary features and strong cultural implications. Using a variety of rhetoric techniques like antithesis, parallelism and allusion, Yuanye is rich in neat sentence patterns, harmonious rhythm, gorgeous rhetoric, rich images, beautiful artistic conception, refined and reserved implication and provoking thought, which forms a style of writing that is harmonious and unified with the beauty of classical gardens. It embodies not only the Taoist philosophy that Tao models itself after nature to be keen on a peaceful and secluded place, but also the Confucian thought of practical applications in reality to pursue the beauty of elegance. These are the precious experiences left by the ancient gardeners, which have a far-reaching influence on the later gardening works and great reference value.
