Title:: Qing Dynasty style Lei family education research and craftsman spirit inspiration

摘要:: （目的）研究清代样式雷的家族教育与工匠人才培养，从而为现代工匠精神传承提供启迪。（方法）通过资料来解读了样式雷家族独有的四大工匠成就，探寻了其家族教育与工匠人才培养的三方面，分析了其家族教育带给样式雷的双重影响，从而总结了其家族教育所蕴含的现代工匠精神启示。（结果）通过研究发现了样式雷家族独有的文人营造、图档收藏、掌案任用、烫样制作的工匠成就，梳理了其家族特色的家庭教育理念、家族教育机制、家风教育文化，这也为样式雷立足于清代样式房带来了良好的职业土壤与职业地位。（结论）归纳分析了样式雷家族教育的特质，并从中得到了其工匠手艺传承与追求、工匠技艺更新与发展、工匠技能忠诚与敬畏的现代工匠精神启示，并致敬东方工匠，也为相关研究提供了一定理论思考。

Abstract:: (Objective) To study the family education and artisan talent training of the Qing Dynasty style Lei, so as to provide enlightenment for the modern artisan spirit inheritance. (Methods) This paper interprets the four unique artisan achievements of Shimei Lei family through data, explores three aspects of the family education and the training of artisan talents, analyzes the double influence of the family education on Shimei Lei, and summarizes the inspiration of the modern craftsman spirit contained in the family education. (Results) Through the research, we found the unique achievements of the craftsmen in literati construction, drawing file collection, plan appointment and hot sample making of the style Lei family, and sorted out the family education concept, family education mechanism and family style education culture of the family characteristics, which also brought good career soil and professional status for the style Lei to establish itself in the Qing Dynasty style house. (Conclusion) This paper summarizes and analyzes the characteristics of the education of Shimei Lei family, and draws inspiration from the modern craftsman spirit, which includes the inheritance and pursuit of craftsman skills, renewal and development of craftsman skills, loyalty and reverence of craftsman skills. It also pays tribute to the eastern craftsman and provides some theoretical thinking for related research.
