摘要:
习近平总书记五年内两次考察云南的重要讲话中都蕴含着浓厚的生态意蕴,鼓励并督促着云南省的绿色发展和生态文明建设。在云南讲话重要精神的指示下,云南平衡绿水青山和金山银山之间的关系; 找到了跨越式发展的道路; 找准了立足于中国、立足于世界的定位。通过对习近平总书记云南讲话精神的学习和解读,云南在依托发展优势和特色的基础上,走出了云南现代化绿色产业发展道路,重塑了传统产业的绿色新优势,提出的“三张牌”战略部署正是对贯彻落实习近平总书记重要讲话精神的现实回应。
Abstract:
The important speeches delivered by General Secretary Xi Jinping during his two visits to Yunnan in the past five years contain strong ecological implications, which have encouraged and spurred the green development and ecological civilization construction in Yunnan Province. Under the guidance of the important spirit of his speech in Yunnan, Yunnan Province has handled the relationship between beautiful scenery and precious wealth, found the way of leaping development, and determined the correct orientation based on China and the world. By studying and interpreting the spirit of General Secretary Xi's speech in Yunnan, Yunnan has embarked on the development path of modern green industry based on its development advantages and characteristics, and reshaped traditional industries with the new green advantages. The proposal of “three cards” strategic deployment is a realistic response to the implementation of the spirit of General Secretary Xi's important speech.
