摘要:: 习近平文化思想是习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想的文化新篇章，人民性是贯穿其始终的鲜明主线，包含着深厚的理论基础与现实需求。深入挖掘“两个结合”“全球文明倡议”等理论观点、“十四个坚持”“七个着力”等工作部署以及十八大以来的伟大文化实践中的人民性，对明确其人民性意蕴、凸显人民地位、增强人民自信具有重要作用。在新时代新征程上，习近平文化思想内含的人民性不仅有利于增强文化自信、激发全民族创新创造活力，也引领着我国文化强国建设的科学实践道路，更是为中华文化传播、构建人类命运共同体贡献了独特的中国智慧。

Abstract:: Xi jinping’’s cultural thought is a new cultural chapter of Xi jinping’’s thought on socialism with Chinese characteristics in the new era.The people-oriented nature is a distinct mainline that runs through Xi jinping’’s cultural ideology, and it contains a profound theoretical foundation and practical needs.Now we are going to delve deeper into theoretical perspectives such as the "Two Combinations" and the "Global Civilization Initiative", as well as work arrangements such as the "Fourteen Adherences" and "Seven Focuses", as well as the people’’s character in the great cultural practices since the 18th National Congress. This plays an important role in clarifying the meaning of the people’’s character, highlighting their status, and enhancing their confidence.The cultural ideology of Xi jinping now contains great value in its people-oriented nature.Firstly, it is conducive to enhancing cultural confidence and stimulating the innovation and creativity of the entire nation. Secondly, it leads the scientific and practical path of building a strong cultural country in China. Thirdly, It also promotes the dissemination of Chinese culture, exchanges and mutual learning among civilizations of various countries, and integrated development.
