摘要:
我国农村地区受技术条件以及经济条件落后等客观因素的制约,建筑节能技术在村镇住宅建设中应用较少。为推动节能技术在村镇住宅建设中的应用,本文以寒冷地区村镇住宅的外围护结构为例,研究分析节能技术集成方案的选择方法。首先通过分析北方寒冷地区的气候特征,选择外围护结构中适用的节能技术,然后对蓟县上仓地区的村镇住宅进行模拟,计算各种节能集成方案的建造成本和全生命周期成本,最终找出建造成本与全生命周期成本双重目标下的帕累托最优解。 
 


Abstract:
Restricted by rural areas’ technical and economic conditions, the application of energy-saving technologies in rural areas’ construction is very limited. Based on the case study of rural building’s exterior envelope in cold climate region, the decision-making method of integration of energy-saving technologies is studied to promoting the development of energy-saving technologies’ application in rural region. Firstly, energy-saving technologies are chosen through analyzing the climate feature of cold region. Then, the construction cost and life cycle cost are calculated based on the simulation of Tianjin JixianShangcang town’s rural building. Finally, the Pareto optimization under the dual objectives of construction cost and life cycle cost is found.
