摘要:
以人为本思想不是无源之水，也不是无根之木，更不是空中楼阁，而是具有深厚的理论渊源。以人为本是与中国传统民本思想、西方人本主义、马克思主义人本思想密切相联，以人为本就是从古今中外共有的人本思想中提炼和升华出来的。以人为本思想承接和超越了中国传统民本思想，借鉴和升华了西方人本主义，继承和发展了马克思主义人本理论。
Abstract:
people-oriented thought not water without a source, is not the root of wood, more not castles in the air, but has the profound theoretical origin. People-oriented is the people-based thought with traditional hinese and western humanism, marxist humanistic ideas are closely linked, people-oriented is from the ancient and modern, Chinese and foreign mutual humanistic thought out of the refining and sublimation. People-oriented thought to undertake and transcend the traditional Chinese people-oriented thoughts, reference and sublimate the western humanism, an inheritance and development of marxism theory of humanism
