Title:: On the Causes and the Optimizing Countermeasures of the Poor Cultural Quality

摘要:: 改革开放以来,我国社会文化呈现多元多样的发展趋势以及文化品质参差不齐并存的态势?揭示文化品质低下的原因并探索相应的优化对策,其目的在于促进社会形成提升文化品质的内在自觉,建构引领社会发展的新型动力?文化发展只有坚持真善美的原则,把民族的科学的大众的作为方向,才能真正实现其服务社会?服务人民的职能?

Abstract:: Since the reform and opening up,the socioculture in China tends to be diverse and varied,hence a coexistence of uneven cultural qualities.The paper reveals the causes of the poor cultural quality and explores the countermeasures to promote peoples awareness of improving the cultural quality and constructing the new motivation in the development of the society.Only by adhering to the principle of truth,virtue and beauty in cultural development and taking the orientation which is national,scientific and popular can the culture function well in the service of the community and people.
