摘要:
城市人文精神是根植于城市深处的灵魂，标志着城市发展的文明程度。相当一部分城市的现代化进程造就了城市人高质量的物质生活，但也造成了这部分城市人文精神建设中“官方”的强势与“民间”的冷淡、“文脉”的断裂与“记忆”的消失、“经济”的扩张与“人文”的落寞、“雷同”的趋向与“个性”的凋敝等后果。城市人文精神的涵育，可以从人文素质培育工程、人文资源整合工程、人文环境优化工程和人文精神养成工程四个方面系统推进。
Abstract:
The urban humanistic spirit is the city soul deeply rooted, which marks the level of civilization of urban development. The modernization of not few cities brings about the high quality urban life to citizens, and on the other hand results in dilemmas in the humanistic spirit construction of people, like the over-powerful authority and unconcerned citizens, the broken context and lost memory, the expanding economy and lonely humanity, the duplicate trend and undifferentiated individuality. The paper argues that the imperceptible influence of urban humanistic spirit should be exerted systematically in four projects of humanistic quality cultivation, humanistic resources integration, cultural environment optimization and humanistic spirit formation
